The shapes of our bodies are related to the state of our health, and there are so many things we do that influence our body shape. We have more power over it than we think.

What causes belly fat?

Poor lifestyle habits mainly... however, most people don't even know that their lifestyle is a poor lifestyle. Causes that stem from this lifestyle include:

  • High blood pressure

  • High LDL cholesterol

  • High triglycerides

  • Low HDL cholesterol

  • Low blood oxygen levels

  • Endothelial dysfunction

  • Hormonal imbalance

  • Metabolic dysfunction

  • Fatty Liver

Be careful where you get your advice from...

There are certain questions that people need to ask when looking at research.

 For example, a lot of research claims that olive oil is waist slimming.

 However, upon further examination of these studies, you'll find that the true control group is missing. Where is the group that consumes no oil or butter? The study is biased from the start!

 So now people believe that olive oil is waist slimming, simply because it's been proven to be less waist-expanding than other oils. When the actual effect is slow, but sure, waist-expansion.

 These are things I take into account when I look at research. I ask the critical questions so that you don't have to.

 All the protocols I encourage people to take are protocols I have screened and made sure are effective -not only proven by research but proven by experimentation on my own body. 

 My purpose is to make a difference in people's lives, and I haven't been funded by any companies or industries that stand to benefit from my influence.
